All Hector Lion pieces are handmade in London. Only semi precious stones are used and as such no two pieces are identical and will include some natural imperfections and variations of size. Baroque pearls particularly are known for their irregularities and imperfections making them beautifully unique gems. While we work hard to ensure gems work together in a pair as earrings, these pieces will never ‘match’. All photographs show the initial designed piece and as all pieces are made to order, the piece may not be an exact replica of the photograph. 

As each piece is bespoke and made to order, all sales are final.

In the unlikely event that the item should arrive damaged, please contact us at info@hectorlion.com within seven (7) days of receiving the item.

Hector Lion offers a restringing service should your piece become worn or damaged. Please contact us for details of fees.

Care
Please take good care of your Hector Lion jewellery. The semi precious stones really are precious! Please keep stored flat and in their pouch. Pat dry with a soft dry cloth after wearing and don’t expose the stones to water, humidity or prolonged sun exposure.

Each piece is handmade with semi precious stones so imperfections are to be expected as are slight variations in size, shape and colour.
