Shipping policy

All pieces are made by hand to order and therefore there may occasionally be a delay in sending. All pieces should be posted within two working days (via Royal Mail next day signed for delivery) if we have the stones in stock. If we don’t have the stones in stock we will contact you to give you an estimate of postage date.

If you are based in Europe please contact us regarding postage. All customs charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. Due to customs regulations we will not be able to send certain pieces out of the UK. Please contact us for more information.
