Refund policy
If you’re not satisfied with your online purchase, please email info@hectorlion.com with your order number, name, address, product details, return for reason, and whether you’d like an exchange, store credit, or a refund within fourteen days of purchase. Please kindly note that there can be no refunds/returns/exchanges on earrings for hygiene purposes.
Returns can only be made within 14 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please include all original packaging, and send the item via signed AND tracked delivery, as we are not liable for lost items. Please keep your label details as well as the tracking number. Once your return has been received we will email you.
Returns outside the 14-day timeframe will not be accepted.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings
- Bespoke or made-to-order items
- Sale Items
